Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO!  

The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc
  • Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries
  • Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes
  • Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes
  • Supports business unit level operating plans
  • Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives
  • Performs production proposal activities
  • Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts
  • Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency
  • Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
  • 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • 1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Previous experience with the F-15 program
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Shift:

This role will for variable shift. Applicant must be able to work any shift as assigned.

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050 USD
