The Boeing Company is looking for a VMS Program Integrator to join the AvionX Defense Product Support team in Hazelwood, MO.

Boeing is seeking a Project Integrator to lead integrated cost, schedule, and execution management for critical defense production and sustainment activities across multiple avionics product lines. This position will support the T-7A and MQ-25 vehicle management system production deliveries. The selected candidate will serve as a key program-facing leader and control account manager for production and sustainment activities valued at more than $175M over the course of the production runs. This role is responsible for cross-functional coordination with engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and scheduling teams to ensure successful program execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth through future campaign activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost and schedule performance for assigned production and sustainment programs
  • Serve as cost account manager for production and sustainment activities
  • Coordinate across engineering, production, supply chain, scheduling, finance, and program teams
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support program-facing communications
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Support new business activities, including proposal and capture support
  • Prepare and present program status, performance, and executive-level reporting
  • Drive integration of work across multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Apply Boeing Program Management Best Practices and continuous improvement methods
  • Track and manage production hardware deliveries, including coordinating program demand with the production site, selecting build-to-print suppliers, monitoring supplier performance and delivery status, prioritizing production activities across programs, and ensuring alignment with aircraft manufacturing schedules

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management
  • 1+ Experience with Earned Value Management 
  • 1+ Experience with Risks, Issues, and Opportunities processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with direct teams and business unit leaders
  • Experience in defense avionics, production, or product support programs
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Senior Level (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
