Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Fulfillment Integration Superintendent (Senior Manager, Level M) to join our 787 Fulfillment Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position reports to the Director of 787 Fulfillment.

You will lead teams that manage our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) environment, providing strategy, partnership, guidance, and accountability to the 3PLs and vendors. The position will support the 3PL contract lifecycle and ensure day-to-day performance by measuring KPIs, removing roadblocks, monitoring work‑in‑process, and confirming all Boeing requirements are met.

Close collaboration with 787 Fulfillment, the 787 Program, and other key stakeholders will be essential to capture requirements and align priorities. The role will communicate status and escalations to leaders across Boeing and the 3PL, provide KPI updates and executive summaries, and coordinate with stakeholders to expedite activities and avoid schedule delays. You will also identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement initiatives at the 3PL.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader with experience in high-paced logistics environments, inspiring and motivating teams, overseeing complex projects, and addressing critical program requirements.  Expertise in factory logistics transformation, fulfillment strategy, warehouse network optimization, logistics operating model, integrated planning, 3PL transformation, operational readiness, flow to build, automation, and production system resilience are highly preferred. This position also requires using analytics and tools to measure progress.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and employees within 787 Fulfillment

  • Foster employee development and career growth through motivation and support

  • Own 3PL supplier relationships, contracts, strategy, and day-to-day performance

  • Define, measure, and report KPIs; use analytics and tools to monitor progress and remove roadblocks

  • Coordinate requirements and priorities with 787 Fulfillment, 787 Program, and other stakeholders to prevent schedule impacts

  • Provide executive summaries, status updates, and escalations to leadership and 3PL partners

  • Identify, drive, and implement 3PL continuous improvements

  • Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and ensure Boeing requirements and operational readiness are met

  • Demonstrate our Boeing Values and Behaviors

 Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or relevant field

  • 10+ years of experience leading teams in a formal leadership role

  • 5+ years of experience working directly in Fulfillment, Warehousing, and Logistics

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment

  • 5+ years of experience managing supplier contract execution, performance, and negotiations

  • 5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership, including use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience in Lean/continuous improvement and project management

  • Experience with safety and quality processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with 3PLs

  • Master’s degree

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $167,450 - $226,550
