Boeing Global Services (BGS) Parts & Distribution and Supply Chain organization has an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources (HR) team as an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Level 3), based in either Chandler, AZ,Wichita, KS or O’Fallon, MO.

This role will deliver HR support to teams in our Distribution Services business by supporting our Global Warehousing and Logistics function, working closely with senior leadership. Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.  Manage resolution of all HR inquiries and support managers with all human resources issues.  Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution.

  • Partner with senior leaders on unique engagement strategies to help attract and retain talent in remote work locations

  • Support and enhance the Remote Site Engagement Strategy through direct employee and manager contact and responsiveness to needs

  • Serve as an HR knowledge expert, consultant, coach and advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective

  • Partner with the various senior leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute strategies and plans such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, and overall employee engagement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of total related experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Export Control Requirements: This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive workforce satisfaction

  • Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions

  • 6+ years of total related experience

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines

  • 3+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $73,000 - $112,000
