The Boeing company is seeking a Experienced Sustainability Policy Risk Management Project Integrator to join our Sustainability Policy Risk Management team located in Arlington, Virginia.

The Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) organization was formed with the mission of helping Boeing achieve our vision to protect, connect, and explore our world and beyond, safely and sustainably. This team contributes to public policy development globally and is looking for a dynamic, engaged professional to lead cross-functional initiatives and risk integration activities to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

The Experienced Sustainability Policy Risk Management Project Integrator will develop data-driven solutions to measure, manage, and reduce Boeing’s environmental footprint. This role will focus on key environmental metrics to enable our team, business units, and functional partners to make informed decisions that support a more sustainable future. The Sustainability Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine sustainability metrics that track progress against Boeing’s environmental commitments and meet regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity while providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Position responsibilities:

  • Act as an integrator between Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) and the government operations team, working across time zones, notably between the US and EU

  • Organize and lead regular status meetings, stand-ups, and reporting cycles; maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes

  • Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and standards, and continuously improve project management processes and tools

  • Manage Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Risk Management (CRM) processes for GES

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Global Law, Corporate Audit, and Corporate Finance for ERM and CRM, delivering GES risk deliverables timely and accurately

  • Lead and coordinate the enterprise process for collecting supplier chemical declarations

  • Support the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG) activities related to standardizing chemical declaration data across the industry

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience with Sustainability/Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and/or data-rich reporting

  • 3+ years of experience with analytics and data communication suite and analytics/visualization tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms 

  • Ability to travel across the US and internationally around 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience managing environmental data programs or sustainability reporting initiatives within a large enterprise, focused on water, waste, and energy metrics

  • Experience supporting internal and external environmental disclosures aligned with ESG frameworks and standards such as GRI, TCFD, CDP, or equivalent

  • Knowledge of water and waste reduction strategies and best practices

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $96,050 - $129,950
