The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Service Health Analyst to join the team in Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; or Seattle, WA

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Service Health Analyst to join our Technology Governance and Optimization team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational health, reliability, and compliance of our IT services and the underlying IT assets across all Boeing environments.  This role involves conducting regular assessments, identifying potential service degradation risks, evaluating adherence to IT Service Management (IT) best practices, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT operations, service delivery frameworks, and a meticulous approach to assessment and reporting.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of Boeing's Governance, Risk and Compliance capability built inside the Technology Governance system of truth

  • Lead and develop the service assurance assessment capability for the Technology Governance function to enable monitoring of assets and their associated IT services

  • Identify recommended actions for stakeholders to take based on assessment findings

  • Communicate and enforce calls to action and findings via regular reporting and remediation tracking across all levels

  • Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function on tooling capability improvements

  • Partner with organizational leads on improvement areas 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Service Management, and/or IT audit

  • 5+ years of experience in conducting assessments, audits, or reviews of IT systems and processes

  • 5+ years of experience of ITSM, ITIL principles and processes

  • 3+ years of experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and monitoring systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), collaboration tools (like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)

  • 5+ years of experience in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing complex technical and process data, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions

  • 5+ years of experience evaluating processes and systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $110,500 – $159,850
