Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our SAP Deployment Success team in Auburn, Washington.  

We are looking for dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong supply chain domain knowledge and proven ability to design and deliver cross-functional integrations. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness. This role is focused on Data Discovery, KPI Dashboard, and Self-Service Reporting needs of the business.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.  

  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.  

  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.  

  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.  

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.  

  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.  

  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.  

  • Develops risk mitigation plan. 

  • Drive workshops, fit-gap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements. 

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders. 

  • Design end-to-end business processes that integrate supply chain systems. 

  • Create test plans, support SIT, UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign off on functional deliverables. 

  • Contribute to cut over planning, go-live readiness, training materials, and post go-live stabilization activities. 

  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices  

  • 10+ years of experience working with ERPLN (Enterprise Resource Planning)

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills 

  • 10+ years of experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree 

  • 3 + years of experience with SAP or SAP Master Data Governance systems 

  • 3+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design 

  • 3+ years of experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)

Summary Pay Range: $119,850 – 162,150
