Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring Manufacturing Technology Analysts to support teams in Auburn, Washington. We are hiring multiple levels, including Senior or Lead.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifies new or projected areas of manufacturing technological research and advancement.
  • Provides guidance in improvements of complex engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration, and software applications. Identifies the need for future training on new technology and benchmarks training with other companies throughout the industry.
  • Leads process improvement efforts. Mentors others.
  • Works under consultative direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior Level)

  • 5 or more cumulative years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Lead level)

Pay Range Summary:

The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Senior (Level 4): $119,000 – $161,000

Lead (Level 5): $142,800 – $193,200
