Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Sub-Assemblies & Parts Auburn team in Auburn, WA.

You'll be on the front lines of the supply chain, including managing external relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the first-pass quality and on time delivery of parts in order to support our BCA production lines.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling our organization to streamline systems, refine processes, and operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The scope includes standard supply chain management functions, data analysis, forecasting, demand troubleshooting, and more within our approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Some travel may be required for this position (Around 10% domestic/international travel may be required).

Our team is currently hiring Senior (Level 4) Procurement Agents

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

  • Integrates program, supplier, customer, product, and in-service strategies to ensure production support.

  • Interprets and enforces contractual terms and conditions.

  • Conducts regular rate readiness assessments with suppliers and consults with internal/external stakeholders to resolve supplier performance issues.

  • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

  • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams to identify improvement opportunities, both for Boeing and our suppliers.

  • Proactively communicates with leadership, peers, suppliers, and customers. This may include the preparation and presentation of the business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status, etc.

  • Establish partnerships and relationships across various business units with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement work experience and/or general Business Operations & Strategy

  • 3+ years of experience working with suppliers to develop relationships and manage performance expectations

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing strategic plans

  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher or commensurate experience

  • 3+ years of aerospace or manufacturing procurement experience

  • 3+ years of experience using ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

  • 5+ years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range (Level 3): $84,600 - $98,250
