Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)Supply Chain is looking for experienced Procurement Agents (Level 3 and Level 4) to join our Functional ExcellenceExtended Supply ChainTeam in Auburn, Washington. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  

This position will provide an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, integrating across supply chain, factory, engineering, and other key stakeholders to resolve issues impacting production. Ideal candidates will be comfortable communicating with leadership and have experience presenting to large groups.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Develops strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, including the ability to gain rapport.

  • Work directly with supplier and operations to resolve emergent issues

  • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

  • Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders to drive improvements and meet the needs of our internal and external customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Demonstrated experience in business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods

  • Ability to travel up to 20% time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education (e.g. college, university, technical school, programs, etc) and experience

  • Experience with D1-4426 suppliers

  • Ability to integrate cross-functionally

  • Experience driving execution with evolving information

  • Ability to communicate change status, and risk to leadership

Level 3 Summary pay range: $94,350– $127,650

Level 4 Summary pay range: $118,150- $159,850
