Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking multiple Senior Procurement Analysts to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence team focused on implementing SAP S/4 as BCA’s new ERP system for Supply Chain functions. These roles will be part of execution related process teams; Plan to Produce (Pl2Pr) and related workstreams including Production Control & Scheduling (PCS), Inventory & Warehouse Management (IWM) and Shipping & Transportation Management (STM).  Each workstream is responsible for ensuring business requirements within their process areas translate into system functionality and integration across supply chain systems.

The SAP Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing operations through effective design, configuration, testing and serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and implementation teams ensuring that business requirements are translated into efficient, scalable SAP S/4 solutions that drive operational excellence.

You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and go live readiness.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and document end-to-end PCS processes in SAP S/4HANA (bill of materials, routings, factory definition, material and capacity planning, scheduling and sequencing, shop floor release and execution), translate business requirements into functional designs, and support integration, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables,
  • Design, configure, and document end-to-end IWM processes in SAP S/4HANA (inbound processing, storage/stock management, internal logistics, outbound processing, returns, physical inventory, monitoring and reporting), translate business requirements into functional designs, and support integration, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables,
  • Design, configure, and document end-to-end STM processes in SAP S/4HANA (outbound delivery processing, transportation planning & execution, communication), translate business requirements into functional designs, and support integration, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables.
  • Support cutover, go live and hyper-care activities, deliver end user training and documentation, and ensure controls/compliance (SOD, authorizations, SOX).
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from relevant stakeholders (i.e. supply chain, forecasting, planning, purchasing, sales, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing).
  • Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements, middleware interfaces, data mappings, and master data flows.
  • Drive workshops, fit-gap sessions, and process validation with business SMEs and IT to align standard SAP S/4 with Boeing requirements.
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience with ERPLN or other ERP system
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, or related fields.
  • Experience in IT systems technical support, software development, implementation, or end user support.
  • Experience in business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, process improvement methods, and/or analytical skills,
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with supply chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design.
  • 5+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support).
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Production Control & Scheduling related modules and tools; SAP S/4 PP/DS, or equivalent production planning and detailed scheduling related solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Inventory & Warehouse Management related modules and tools; SAP S/4 IM/WM/EWM or equivalent inventory and warehouse related solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Shipping & Transportation Management related modules and tools, SAP S/4 TM/aTM or equivalent shipping and transportation related solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with project management and leading teams.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $123,000 - $137,000
