Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication is looking for a Senior Senior Fulfillment Leader (Level L) to be a lead the Regulated Materials Distribution (RMD) and Motor Equipment Operators (MEO) business unit primarily located in Auburn, Washington with teams based in both Auburn and Frederickson, Washington. This leader will be responsible for Hazmat distribution, paint mixing, resin, kitting requirements, as well as Hazmat & MEO requirements across the Auburn & Frederickson Fabrication sites.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors.

  • Leads, develops, and motivates employees and first-level managers.

  • Responsibility for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, facilitating cross-functional Responsibilities encompass managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, fostering cross-functional alignment, identifying key demand drivers, and enhancing forecasting methods and accuracy.

  • Develop statistical forecasts by collecting, analyzing, and validating historical sales data, market trends, and demand indicators, while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without incurring high costs from overstocking or obsolete stock.

  • Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple supply chain and manufacturing disciplines across several work streams (Warehouse, Paint Mix/Resin/Kitting, Chemical Management Services, and MEO).

  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.

  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years experience in demand management and planning

  • Understanding of the S&OP (sales &operations planning) process

  • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment

  • 5+ years experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost

  • 5+ years experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement

  • 5+ years experience establishing relationships and ongoing communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tool suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Operations

  • Experience leading demand and supply planning

  • 3+ years of Hazmat experience

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams

  • 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

Target Pay Summary:

$147,000 - $172,000
