Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Tool Integration Analyst (Level 4) to support the Tooling Services team onsite in Auburn and/or Puyallup, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops complex project estimates and schedules

  • Provides program visibility to management and customers

  • Coordinates work off-loading and confers with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery

  • Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds

  • Creates and manages comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects

  • Directs and manages very complex project schedules

  • Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management

  • Resolves discrepancies

  • Acts as site subject matter expert for technical content

  • Leads and oversees assignment of work packages

  • Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems

  • Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • 5+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/or Tooling processes

  • 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in tool design, tool construction and/or tooling value stream

  • Experience working with Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)

  • Experience with REDARS system

  • Experience implementing continuous improvement

  • Proficiency in ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log and CTMA systems

  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $103,700 - $140,300
