Boeing India Private Ltd. is currently seeking a high performing Associate Global Badging Operator to join our team. Candidate must be adaptive and quick learner. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Under the leadership of the Global Badging Office, coordinate and manage the day-to-day badging operations, supporting all employees across India.
  • Perform all functions required to issue Secure badges for new and existing employees, tasks include:
  • Managing the group mailbox to handle incoming badge requests and enquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining employee badging records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining a secure badge progress tracker to monitor the status of badge issuance.
  • Operating Fargo printers to fabricate secure badges.
  • Performing quality assurance checks on fabricated badges to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Arranging and monitoring shipments of badges to the appropriate sites, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support badge requests and queries in a timely manner.
  • Monthly stock checks and inventory, ensuring badging supplies and peripherals are maintained.
  • Maintain and test equipment, escalating any mechanical printing issues to badging colleagues or supplier. 
  • Stay up to date with Boeing and Host Nation Data Protection/Security policies.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines regarding confidential/sensitive information.
  • Provide input for operational improvements and process-related observations to the Manager or Lead to support the program.
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Prior practical experience of badge fabrication, customer support or data management within a security role 
  • Languages – Fluent in Hindi and English (essential) and Kannada (desirable) 
  • Previous experience with information management, use of databases, sharepoint etc
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, and proficiency with common IT programs.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with team members spread globally and accommodate different time zones

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Preferable but not essential, experience with badge fabrication or access system badge management

Typical Education & Experience:

  • Typically, 4-8 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc.), preferred, but not required.
