The Boeing Company is looking for a Business Operation Specialist – Facilities Integrator to join our BT&E Air Dominance Business Operations team in Berkeley, MO.

The complexity and volume of Air Dominance (AD) and Air Combat Aircraft (ACA) facilities projects have increased significantly, involving multiple funding mechanisms, systems, and stakeholders. To address these challenges and improve project execution, communication, and oversight, a dedicated position is required to serve as the central coordinator and integrator for all AD/ACA facilities projects. This position will provide the necessary coordination, data integrity, and communication to ensure successful project execution and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.  The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior and Lead Level Business Operation Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Integration: The new position will organize and summarize project data from multiple sources (tools, systems, Smartsheets), ensuring a consolidated and accurate repository

  • Data Integrity and Collaboration: By working closely with project focals from BT&E and GREF, the coordinator will ensure data accuracy across approvals, budgets, actuals, forecasts, and execution status (This role will act as a critical liaison to maintain consistency and trust in project data.)

  • Master Facilitator Role: This position will serve as the “truth source” focal with GREF, bridging gaps and facilitating seamless data flow and communication between systems and teams

  • Development of a Unified Project Plate: The coordinator will lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive “project plate” — a one-stop-shop dashboard providing an integrated view of project milestones, status, budgets, and other key metrics.

  • Meeting Coordination and Communication: The position will run ACA GREF coordination meetings, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Additionally, the coordinator will brief BT&E leadership on Air Dominance facilities efforts, highlighting major projects and progress through the project plates.

  • Facilities Integration and Long-Term Optimization: Working with BT&E Facilities Focal, the coordinator will support overall facilities integration and communication. The role will also focus on optimizing the current Smartsheet ecosystem and integrating it directly with GREF systems, improving efficiency and reducing manual data handling.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management or related experience

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership

  • 3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

  • 3+ years of experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives to meet requirements and create reports for management reviews & track performance to plan

  • 3+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 5: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment

  • Experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4):  $107,950 – $146,050

Summary Pay Range for Lead level (Level 5):  $132,600 – $179,400
