Boeing’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is looking for a Career Foundation Program Specialist (Senior or Lead) to support the IDT&S Career Foundation Program (CFP) in Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; or Seattle, WA.

In this position, you will play a key role in Boeing’s accelerated development for early career talent and be part a of the IDT&S talent pipeline strategy. In addition, you will help members of the Information Technology Career Foundation Program (ITCFP) to develop and grow their careers.

IDT&S is a two-year, early career development program that gives participants an opportunity to develop leadership and technical skills through challenging and fast-paced rotations. Members of the program are based at 4 primary sites (Bangalore, India; Charleston, SC; Puget Sound; and St. Louis, MO). Upon completion of the program, participants are equipped with the leadership and technical skills required to excel in a variety of roles across IDT&S.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and gain trust across the immediate team and associated stakeholders

  • Build and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance -metrics to ensure alignment and accountability

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices

  • Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Build relationships with functional leaders, hosting managers and key stakeholders

  • Partner with Leadership and HR to execute talent and workforce strategy

  • Coach and mentor current participants

  • Develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings Partners with other Program Leads on core development, common processes and best practices

  • Execute rotation planning and matching process for members of the program

  • Provide strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Align challenging rotation opportunities to critical skills and strategic focus areas

  • Attract high potential candidates in identified focus areas and execute all aspects of the hiring process

  • Manage participant graduation process to fill pipeline requirements and retain talent

  • Partner and mentor participants on program structure, design & deliverables

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic priorities

  • Demonstrate versatility and resilience in navigating challenges and adapting to changing business needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributor

  • 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • 3+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

  • Experience in leading special projects or initiatives which promote motivation, morale, partnership, and an inclusive environment

  • Experience working within an information security domain

  • Willing to travel 20% of the time or more as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in Program Management, Information Technology (IT), risk and compliance, and finance

  • Experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment

  • Experience handling multiple demands and competing priorities, time management for self and team

  • Experience with problem-solving and the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners

  • Experience collaborating across functions and organizations

  • Experience managing multiple projects or cross organizational programs

  • Experience in leading teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

  • Experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

  • Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

  • Experience creating solutions that drive innovation, increasing growth and productivity

  • Experience working in an environment of inclusion, transparency and trust

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Senior: $99,450 - $143,750

Summary pay range for Lead: $117,300 - $170,200
