The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Executive Office Administrator (Level C) to join the Mission Systems Integrated Product Team supporting proprietary efforts within the Air Dominance division in Berkeley, MO.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated leadership; demonstrated strengths in working as part of a team; confidentiality, diplomacy and tactfulness are important to be successful in this position; professionalism and strong customer focus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports, and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
  • Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature
  • Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
  • Work as part of a team of office administrators and other business support employees to ensure effective and efficient building management
  • Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations
  • Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
  • Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time
  • Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Plan and implement logistics for executive level internal and external events
  • Provide guidance for less experienced employees
  • Work under limited supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Office or any administrative tools
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience coordinating and processing business travel arrangements utilizing Concur or a similar travel and expense management program; generating expense reports for business travel and reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
  • Experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance preferred
  • Previous Special Access Program experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary pay range for $56,100 - $75,900
