Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our USN/ Integrated Readiness Team (IRT) - F/A-Integrated Product Support portfolio in Berkeley, MO.

The selected candidate will execute and manage the F/A-18 Integrated Product Support Contract, including the F/A-18 Automated Maintenance Environment (FAME) software application. This role drives customer-integrated strategy across U.S. Navy and international customers by aligning internal teams, suppliers, contracts, schedules, and resources to achieve program objectives; developing and executing integrated plans and baseline/change management processes; performing high-level analyses (trend, variance, impact); and identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities. This role has responsibility of program budget and financial performance, including cost forecasting and change-order management, and serves as the primary stakeholder interface—securing approvals and commitments, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, and maintaining positive relationships with domestic and international customers. This role includes regular communications with senior leadership and customers, supports onsite travel and customer engagements as required, and reports program performance to senior leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead others and direct all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects
  • Learn and practice the Boeing Program Management Best Practices
  • Manage Risk, Issues and Opportunities for the program
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • Oversight and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
  • Assist with tracking internal constraints which are inhibiting execution of replenishment spare orders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent military experience
  • 2+ years’ experience using Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
  • Experience in supply chain management, supplier relationship management, and procurement processes
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing supplier performance, schedules, quality, and financial metrics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include formulas, Vlookups, pivot tables, charts, and filters

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in a role requiring project management skills
  • Experience working with integrated logistics support, fleet management and supply chain management
  • Experience with DOD or government acquisition

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $113,050 - $152,950
