Boeing Global Services (BGS) F-15EX United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program has an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Management Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to join our team in Berkeley, MO.  This position includes program execution across various product support elements while managing new business proposals.  In this role, you will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team supporting a portfolio of complex projects, goals and objectives for the F-15EX Program.

The successful candidate will have experience integrating technical and business inputs while developing /implementing plans and applying program management best practices across a diverse and challenging execution portfolio.  Positivity, Resilience and aptitude for problem-solving are a must, with the selected candidate being biased toward action enabling the rest of the team to execute efficiently and effectively. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective performance metrics to track program level progress in technical, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Support business growth with proposal, technical and cost volume development by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders with respect to contract modifications, requirements, and compliance
  • Ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
  • Manage the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, and associate mitigation and implementation plans
  • Manges change activity while regularly communicating plans and updates throughout the program lifecycle
  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
  • Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders, including the USAF Customer, Other Boeing Functions / Business Unites and Suppliers
  • Ability to support, lead, and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with internal and external customers
  • 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with and/or managing supply chain processes and functions
  • Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
  • Experience managing contractual deliverables
  • Willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time both domestically and internationally

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $139,000
