Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an F-15 Sustainment Project Management Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO. In this role, the focus will be on leading BGS efforts associated with the USAF and FMS F-15 aircraft Interim Contractor Support, Contractor Logistics Support, Performance Based Logistics, and Proprietary programs. The program effort includes Profit and Loss responsibilities for BGS-led aircraft Interim Contractor Support, Contractor Logistics Support, Performance Based Logistics, and Proprietary programs and the Interim Work Transfer (IWT) work for associated projects led by Boeing Defense Services (BDS).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with BDS counterparts in leading Boeing successfully on avionics hardware efforts
  • Collaborate with BGS functional leads in leading the integrated execution of F-15 aircraft Interim Contractor Support, Contractor Logistics Support, Performance Based Logistics, and Proprietary program stand-up and execution
  • Performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Experience and strength in proposal management
  • Develops and maintains strong DoD customer relationships with the United States Air Force
  • Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements
  • Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
  • Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
  • Consults with executive leadership and integrates organizational strategy and company initiatives to develop project deliverables

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience integrating cross functional teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with DOD or government acquisition programs and processes
  • Experience within a Depot and/or MRO environment
  • Experience with proposal development

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
