Boeing is seeking a dynamic Senior AvionX Support Integration Specialist​ in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. This role will provide technical guidance and leadership coordination across multiple teams for AvionX Production support and In-Service activities spanning various products. This role entails direct accountability for the identification, organization, synthesis, analysis, and summarization of critical data related to in-service issues with AvionX products. The successful candidate will track and maintain the status and resolution of all open issues, ensuring timely and effective management.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with partner teams such as System Engineering, Product Development, Production, and Repair Station teams to effectively manage and resolve all in-service issues. The candidate will lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for all in-service challenges, reviewing product definitions, designs, and configuration data in partnership with product development teams to identify root causes and determine appropriate corrective actions.

Additionally, the role involves working closely with the design team to manage, plan, research, develop, analyze, and design modification and repair solutions that adhere to customer, regulatory, safety, and company requirements. The candidate will lead the identification of planning and design criteria to develop innovative and integrated support and maintenance infrastructures.

The position also requires performing comprehensive analysis and planning efforts to assess impacts, constraints, and strategies related to product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and disseminate planning, scheduling, and change-related metrics, reports, and status updates as needed, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

This role requires not only a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in customer support and program management but also a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and effective leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for program/partner inquiries and support.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, programs, and business partners.

  • Provide assistance to business partners and facilitate effective communication.

  • Serve as the Program Control Account Manager for AvionX Products, overseeing budget, schedule, and performance metrics.

  • Establish support requirements, costs, technical objectives, and detailed statements of work.

  • Create and deliver Standard Program Performance presentations and reports.

  • Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Capture and document lessons learned to inform future practices.

  • Lead cross-functional In-Service teams in problem-solving activities and the completion of program-specific Service Bulletins.

  • Interface with multiple organizations and customer groups to secure approvals and facilitate collaboration.

  • Develop and implement fleet and production support plans, including preventative actions.

  • Monitor process development and ensure technical data and procedures are current.

  • Review program and engineering change proposals for impact on product support.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working in Product Support for Military Products

  • Experience with Integrated Logistics Support Elements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of military experience in Maintenance, Supply, or other Aviation related role

  • Experience in at least one of the following ILS elements: Maintenance Planning, Tech Data, Computer Resources support, Support (Test) equipment

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • Completed support related course work at the Defence Acquisition University or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate

  • Experience developing and interpreting various support data sources, including technical drawings, Logistics Support Analysis Reports, Provisioning documentation, Field performance reports, and Field maintenance event records

  • Experience managing budgets and schedules effectively, including tracking actual expenditures and performance against budgets, monitoring by-name reports for resource allocation, assessing Earned Value to evaluate project performance, and achieving certification as an Earned Value Management Control Account Manager

  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, and electronic test results

  • Experience analyzing production reports, identifying status updates, and addressing challenges

  • Experience leading Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) projects aimed at resolving production or product support issues

  • Experience presenting findings from RCCA investigations to management and leadership, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $132,600 - $179,400
