Our Global Talent Management organization is currently seeking a Senior Global Talent Management Specialist to join our team and support the Corporate Functions businesses! Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 4 and Level 5 Specialists to find the best fit for this position.

This role can be based in any of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; Auburn, WA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Portland, OR; Huntsville, AL; Oklahoma City, OK; Jacksonville, FL; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Arlington, VA; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ or Berkeley, MO.

The position will involve establishing robust foundational relationships within the center of excellence and with the HR business partners you will assist. You will be expected to actively learn about and comprehend the businesses you support, demonstrating strong business acumen. Additionally, you will engage extensively with the center of excellence teams in Global Talent Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE). This will enhance your capacity to help our businesses influence culture, values, and behaviors, while also focusing on key areas such as talent management, workforce planning, employee feedback, and performance management.

The selected individual will lead the businesses through:

  • Annual Talent and Succession Initiatives

  • Employee Survey

  • NEW Performance Management Initiatives

  • Advocate and thought partner on talent strategy for businesses they support

  • Talent Pipeline Activities

The selected individual will be a:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain metrics visibility to key talent initiatives to the Corporate Functions leadership team

  • Ensure the Enterprise Succession Management successful development

  • Deploy and monitor enterprise talent management, succession planning and performance management tools and processes

  • Determine individual and organizational needs, offer resource options and coordinate implementation to meet development and business objectives and enhance leadership capability

  • Partner with the human resource function to deploy leadership development tools and processes at the business unit level

  • Provide meaningful talent data to business unit focals

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management

  • 5+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 1+ years of experience creating executive-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience with talent management processes

  • Experience supporting organization-wide talent management programs such as talent strategy, performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and building relationships with key stakeholders

  • Experience working data from multiple sources and/or manipulating data

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Level 4: $96,900 - $151,800

Summary pay range Level 5: $119,000 - $186,300
