BGS Government Services is seeking a Senior Business Integrator/Chief of Staff supporting the Vice President of Growth in Berkeley, MO. This role will have primary responsibility to support the leadership team's operations and deliverables, including Operating Rhythm, Organization Optimization, Performance Metrics, Lean/productivity initiatives, integrated data solutions and Program Management Best Practices.  Additionally, the role will ensure clear communication across the organization and out to customers and stakeholders, while also integrating with BGS and BDS programs and functions to help accomplish business goals. This role will model the culture of Boeing Global Services as responsive and lean, while being deeply committed to the customer and compliance. Position is located in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.

The role acquires resources for organizational activities, leads process improvements, aligns and integrates management system architecture across programs and business units, and champions change, being intentional in communicating a services-first approach.  

To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must have business acumen, a customer-first mindset, communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives, have exceptional organizational skills, and a positive and flexible attitude. Occasional travel may also be required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development and execution of strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for the Growth team in Government Services

  • Collaborates with Program Management team on strategic discussions, data analysis, and support of meeting the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)

  • Facilitates communication and collaborative efforts between BGS Business Operations, BGS Program Management, BDS Program Management, Boeing Functional partners and customers to meet joint objectives

  • Ensures organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance requirements

  • Supports Leader in internal and external meetings to ensure that meetings are running efficiently and to ensure that meeting actions are tracked through to completion

  • Identifies risk and opportunities, develops mitigation planning

  • Works directly with Leader and leadership team to develop content being presented to Senior Executives of BGS Government Services and BGS on a monthly basis

  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies

  • Leads the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of the management system

  • Leads special projects and ensures coordination, implementation, and execution are successful on behalf of leadership

  • Fosters effective working relationships with Business and Growth leadership, functional partners, customer counterparts and is embedded into the business

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Experience being flexible with working with geographical distributed team

  • Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills

  • Experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management

  • 5+ years’ experience leading team in a formal and/or informal role

  • 5+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

  • 5+ years’ experience working in ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

  • Experience, and at least considered an intermediate user, with office tools such Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • ​Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years’ experience leading and supporting the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals

  • Experience developing and / or reporting metrics & KPI’s

  • Experience with digital transformation – embracing and promoting a technology focused, digital environment that enables efficient metrics-driven operating model

  • Ability to manage complex topics
