The Opportunity -

Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is looking for a Business Integration Manager for our evolving Sustainment Operations team, specifically to support the integration needs of the Business Unit. This varied leadership role will work across multiple programs and collaborate with all Program Leaders and Managers.

We are looking for someone who is excited by communicating with multiple differing groups, facilitating change and helping to solve problems at all levels of the business. This role is high tempo and broad in scope and will offer the successful individual a wide range of opportunities.


About you

The Business Integration Manager, is a key senior leadership role. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Dynamic, innovative and likes to think outside the square
  • Team orientated, influential and likes a challenge
  • An advocate for diversity and inclusion and will be actively involved in leading change
  • An excellent communicator who can build strategic cross-functional and cross-organisational relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

This role is based in Brisbane.

The successful applicant will have:

  • 10+ years leadership experience in defence project environment;
  • Tertiary qualifications and experience in Project Management;
  • Leadership experience within a matrix organisation (desirable).

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
