We are seeking a First-LineMulti-Skill Engineering Manager with acoustics domain experience to join our team in California, MD. The Acoustic Programs portfolio defines, designs, and delivers multiple products primarily targeted at the underwater and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) domain.

In this role, you will support the Acoustic Programs team with day-to-day operations, site management, forward business planning, and program-level cost account management. You will provide status updates to upper management, manage functional personnel, and oversee key program areas.

Training Systems develop acoustic training components for various mission-level trainers and associated hardware. Advanced Programs support a range of advanced acoustic initiatives, including IR&D, international efforts, new hardware design and development, and new business and cross-Boeing collaborations.

If you are motivated, interested in a management position within an exciting domain, enjoy a dynamic work environment with a broad range of engineering skills, and aspire to further develop your program leadership abilities, we want to hear from you.
