As an Experienced Deployment Specialist, you and your team will publish and distribute flight training course content to Boeing aircraft customers and our flight training campuses. Your expertise will ensure efficient and effective delivery while maintaining content integrity.

Hiring details:

  • This requisition is for a locally hired position in Crawley. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

  • This position is expected to be onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

  • Minimal travel may be required on occasion.

  • The role includes being out of home on call during some mornings and weekends for brief overtime assignments, such as responding to outside of working hours support requests at training campuses around the globe. Teammates work on site in Crawley and in the United States.

Position Responsibilities

  • Deploy training courses to customers and internal training campuses

  • Manage and maintain our training deployment databases

  • Enroll trainees in various training programs

  • Protect the integrity of training content throughout its lifecycle

Typical Tasks:

  • Receive direction to publish new and revised flight training media to various distribution channels

  • Respond to requests for learning management system access

  • Enroll pilots in training courses

  • Validate training deployment guidance and metadata

  • Assess risks to training operations quality and recommend mitigations

  • Support innovative teams in bringing deployment solutions to market

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in flight training operations

  • Knowledge of content management and database recordkeeping

  • Commitment to quality and safety and strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in computer applications and course content management

  • Ability to work independently and on a geographically diverse team

  • Integrity to uphold high standards of quality and compliance

  • Temperament to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
