Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Director Analyst - Procurement Analyst (Senior or Consultant) to join the Supplier Management organization. The selected candidate will collaborate to develop and oversee the operating rhythm and creation of executive level deliverables including process performance and optimization in support of Boeing Global Services – Supplier Management. Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one supplier management and procurement job family and applies independent, specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives. Works cross-functionally with internal and external customers and suppliers and all employee levels to carry out responsibilities in Dallas, TX

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Senior, and Consultant Level.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and improvement of the operating rhythm of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) – Supply Chain assigned organization and oversees the associated data of that team

  • Manages and tracks actions and deliverables for Director’s organization, coordinating with the respective focals as necessary

  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations

  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)

  • Develops executive level briefingsLeads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status

  • Monitor, manage, and provide status/report outs as requested in support of the above including coordinating all stakeholders (e.g. business units, integration, legal, etc.)

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

  • Strong analytic, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (in Business, Supply Chain Management, Program Management or related field)

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior (Level 4)

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Consultant (Level 5)

Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for senior level: 116,450 – 157,550

Summary pay range for consultant level: 136,850 – 185,150
