Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business is looking for an Experience Transportation Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review carrier invoices in freight audit & payment system and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for accuracy in rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorial charges against contracts.

  • Identify discrepancies, initiate, and manage dispute resolution processes with carriers.

  • Administer carrier exception resolution via Carrier Audit Reports, Carrier Aging Reports or any additional tools

  • Ensure compliance with shipping agreements and carrier contractual terms

  • Work closely with the EDI Support team to identify potential EDI failures and pursue opportunities to convert carriers to electronic invoicing and streamline all functions

  • Communicate professionally with customers and carriers via email and phone contact

  • Manage carrier account # database to ensure accuracy and usage for daily operations and IT system upgrades

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Experience: 3-5 years’ clerical experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payable or Bookkeeping work

  • Strong proficiency in freight payment and audit software, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

  • Must have excellent communication skills for collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

  • Understanding of transportation, logistics, or supply chain related tariffs, and fees.

  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to set priorities, carry out detailed written and oral instructions, and accomplish duties with little supervision and direction in a timely manner.

  • Must have good analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy

Typical Education Experience:

  • Bachelors, Associate, Vocational, or Technical Degree or equivalent work experience in Business/Management/Accounting/Transportation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $73,000 - $103,000
