Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Used Serviceable Materials Supply Chain Specialist (Level 3) to join the BGS team in Dallas, Texas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible with managing customer requirements in support of both the BGS-C USM Team and the Boeing Distribution, Inc. USM Team. They will also evaluate supplier and customer data related to products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity, while assessing the impact of configuration changes on the supply support system. Additionally, the candidate will identify and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies, and explore supply chain alternatives to address obsolescence challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Order fulfillment support with internal / external programs

  • Market Price Analysis

  • Coordinating delivery schedules with warehousing teams

  • Identify and source used serviceable materials from aftermarket vendors, ensuring that market offerings meet customer requirements and align with industry standards for quality.

  • Manage purchase orders   

  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks

  • Evaluate supplier and customer data

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4 to 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work independently

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study

  • Titan SAP Experience

  • Experience working with used serviceable materials

  • Experience with Part Build Requests utilizing Product 360

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

  • Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $80,000 - $113,00
