Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4)  Material Management and Accounting Systems (DFARS-MMAS) expert to join our Supply Chain team in either Dallas, TX or St. Louis, MO.

This integral member will work with customers, process owners, and business partners to continuously improve Supply Chain and MMAS related requirements. The focus of the role is to attain an outstanding maturity of operational excellence through  compliance, improved data, process diligence, process redesign, and automation.  Team dynamics focuses on self-initiative and team member empowerment with autonomy while continuously sharing standard methodologies, techniques, and engaging subject matter experts.  The selected employee will benefit from career experience in the areas of DFARS compliance, operational excellence, process improvement, project management, change management and team dynamics while working at the top aerospace company in the world.

The ideal candidate is a proactive Continuous Improvement and Compliance Project Manager who forms and leads cross‑functional teams to drive MMAS maturity, improve business processes, address deficiencies, and ensure DFARS/MMAS compliance across multiple Supply Chain sites. Serves as a liaison between customers, process owners and IT; mentors peers; and translates strategic objectives into measurable, actionable plans. Responsible for monitoring metrics, coordinating reviews, driving audits, and supporting automation, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the quality management system, set standards, ensure compliance with defense contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead standard operating rhythms and train teammates on compliance and best practices.

  • Support the MMAS SC Manager in assessing maturity, identifying gaps, and implementing remediation plans.

  • Coordinate across multiple roles and functions to sustain collaboration and alignment; contribute to enriching the company’s quality management system.

  • Conduct or support internal MMAS audits, assessments and RCCA, CAPA follow‑ups until closure.

  • Monitor compliance across Supply Chain sites through audits, self‑assessments, and audit‑readiness testing.

  • Track and report MMAS metrics; maintain dashboards and scorecards (monthly/quarterly).

  • Organize governance reviews, best‑practice sessions, and training for the MMAS community.

  • Maintain governance plans, reference processes, repositories, distribution lists, and SharePoint; publish and deploy standard methods.

  • Apply project management best practices to control scope, monitor schedule, and report status.

  • Lead end‑to‑end improvement efforts: analyze data, define controls, implement remediation, and follow up on RCCAs.

  • Plan and facilitate cross‑functional workshops and charter projects; set scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements from multiple process owners; recommend process, data, and system improvements.

  • Prepare work estimates, cost‑benefit analyses, and support business cases and risk/value assessments.

  • Coordinate requirements reviews and automation design with IT, assist test planning, and act as liaison to resolve issues.

  • Act as a change agent: influence stakeholders, negotiate alignment, and drive complex process improvements.

  • Collaborate with Six Sigma, Lean, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Engineering or related field. Or equivalent 9 yrs of related experience.

  • 6+ years’ experience working with or within compliance, operations, supply chain, and/or quality organizations

  • 6+ years’ experience in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques

  • Experience working with government agencies or the Department of Defense (DOD)

  • Working knowledge of DFARS MMAS compliance

  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and support the transition from manual to automated systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years’ experience with DFARS MMAS preferred

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in corporate environment, preferably with supply chain and process rich companies.

  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience working with regulatory and/or voluntary compliance, business processes, and documentation.

  • DFARS 252.242-7004, DCAA and DCMA approval and direct interaction with DoD

  • RCCA, CAPA hands on experience

  • Process automation, Metrics and Performance indicators automation

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Project Management Institute (PMI)

  • SAFe Agile certification

  • Recognized Lean Six Sigma Belt certification, American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent

  • SCOR Practitioner, Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR-ASCM)

  • GOLDEsp (Government Online Database) Tapestry, LPS, Oracle products or SAP ERP working knowledge

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for experienced level: $75,000 – $107,000

Summary pay range for senior level: $91,000 – $129,000
