Boeing currently has an SAP Technical MDG position with the Supply Chain COE Master Data Governance (SC COE MDG) team. A successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge in FMD (Finance Master Data) as this position will focus on working directly with the Global distributed teams of  Functional Analysts, Developers and Business to drive Finance data management strategy for master data  from various heterogeneous systems to SAP Eco-system including SAP S/4, ECC, MDG, GTS across all business units within Boeing.

This role also demands individual with great collaboration and communication skills and the ability to drive and help the team to resolve complex issue to bring projects home.

  • MUST BE A US PERSON (Green Card holder or US Citizen)
  • Though this position is mostly remote, there will be times to go into a Boeing facility. Candidates need to live near or willing to relocate at their own expense to one of these locations: Dallas, Seattle, St. Louis, or Miami

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ability to facilitate the workshops with Business and IT stake holders to gather requirements and align on Finance Data governance process
  • Supports testing and automation teams during the different testing phases
  • Support the business for Pre/Post load activities during the Data conversion and cutover
  • Experienced in creating detailed Configuration documents and Functional Design documents including process flows, integration requirement
  • Hands-on experience with Data replication techniques using DRF framework
  • Implement and support Governance processes for finance master objects including Company code, Profit center, Cost Center, Business areas, Chart of accounts, GL accounts.
  • Collaborate with the data conversion team to define the business rules to eliminate duplicate records and data quality improvement
  • Play a key role in supporting and troubleshooting MDG Finance issues on the production environment.
  • Participating in project cut over activities such as Redbook entries and validating the TRs.
  • Deep knowledge on the change request process to ensure Governance, Validation and approvals controls are enforced
  • Working with Business stakeholders to define the business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance across various business processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as an MDG MM Analyst

  • Must have experience in FMD (Finance Master Data)

  • Experience with a full lifecycle MDG implementations on S4 Hana

  • Experience with E2E business processes related to Master Data

  • Experience with Master Data processes and SAP MDG data models

  • Experience with MDG configuration, workflow setup, validation, and derivations

  • Experience with data quality, validations, BRF+, and integrations with ECC/S/4

  • Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholder

  • Must have excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited University

  • 9+ years of experience as an MDG MM Analyst

  • Experience with SAP Best practices

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and MDG data models

  • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology

Summary pay range:

Mid Level - Dallas or Seattle: $108,900 - $139,000

Miami or St. Louis: $101,700 - $130,000

Sr. Level - Dallas or Seattle: $135,900 - $173,000

Miami or St. Louis: $126,900 - $162,000
