Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an ExperiencedUSM Supply Program Management- Airframe Repair Specialist(Level 3) to join the team in Dallas, TX.  

The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of components critical to repair operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution of airframe repair parts and materials.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of components.

  • Monitor stock levels of As Removed materials and analyze market demand to facilitate timely repair part dispatch.

  • Assist in identifying appropriate parts and materials based on repair requirements and engineering specifications.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of airframe repair parts inventory.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure inventory quality and compliance with standards.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with MRO’s specializing in airframe components.

  • Evaluate MRO performance and negotiate quotes, contracts, and agreements as necessary.

  • Manage logistics related to receiving, storing, and distributing airframe repair parts.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of parts usage, procurement activities, and supply chain metrics.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status, and repair support activities.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes related to airframe repair.

  • Apply best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times.

  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging suppliers, and technological advancements in airframe components.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing repair processes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years of total related work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Program Management

  • Experience analyzing and effectively summarizing vast amounts of data across all facets of the business, to create actionable plans and make recommendations to the functions and leadership

  • Experience Developing/Maintaining strong relationships internally and with external customers

  • Ability to define problems, develop metrics, and work with financial concepts to make effective wise decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Export Control Requirements:

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study

  • 4+ years of experience within supply chain strategies (e.g., inventory reduction, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, lead-time reduction).

  • 5+ years of experience preferred in data science or analytics

  • Related knowledge of aerospace fasteners and related market dynamics

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $83,000 - $118,000
