Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking a F-15SA Aircrew Training Device Site Lead to conduct training operations for the Royal Saudi Air Force King Abdulaziz Air Base based in Dharan, Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on leading the Training Device Maintenance Team to conduct repairs, testing, installation, configuration, upgrading, and assisting in the day-to-day operations for the simulators and training components during mission planning and simulator training sessions. The on-site support personnel will serve as F-15SA Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Site Lead and end-user technical support for the Aircrew Training Device ATD. Additional support shall include ensuring all software security/anti-virus profiles are current, establishing regular backup sessions, and providing over-the-shoulder system support if required. 

This site lead will work on improving satisfaction with company services, maintain relationships and partnerships with customers (RSAF), stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees, this position encompasses a variety of responsibilities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan

  • Ensure effective and timely communication throughout the Program lifecycle with the Program team, project sponsors, stakeholders and Program Management

  • Receive, manage, protect, issue, track, project packages and shipments, and report the status of project owned material.

  • Identify and understand risks, issues, problems, and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project 

  • Customer needs and Negotiation – Ability to interact with customers and suppliers to ensure project coherence.

  • Experienced with Issuing and manage security clearances on site.

  • Manage the projects to Boeing Processes and Policies, leveraging existing tools

  • Leadership, Team Management and Performance – Experience of leading a team in the execution in a time sensitive project

  • Organization and Planning – Ability to plan, manage, monitor and report progress.

  • Lead weekly Program Management Meeting

  • Build Positive relationships with the customer

  • Collect and respond to issues of facility maintenance reported by members of RSAF or other employees.

  • Collaborate with other functional departments to provide facility input to meet the Customer needs.

  • Participate in the investigation of incidents, near misses and property damage incidents. Ensure follow-up is done to minimize future exposure and proper records/documents are maintained.

  • Complete weekly report of activities, concerns and accomplishment.

  • Communication - Professionally interact with people at all levels of an organization.  Experience of communication in a complex, technically demanding and highly regulated setting

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years’ previous work experience is required.

  • Experience with direct supervision and/or leading a team of direct reports.

  • Basic understanding of backup technologies is advantageous.

  • Basic configuration and maintenance experience with hardware technology is preferred.

  • Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and support.

  • Must have the ability to coordinate activities with RSAF.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related fields preferred; however, candidates with equivalent years in experience will also be considered.

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.

  • Excellent Leadership Skill and the experience and ability to lead a team.

  • Good communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification, and report writing for all levels.

  • The Ability to use Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Relocation:

This position only offer intra-country relocation within Saudi Arabia if necessary.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Saudi Arabia.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law. Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Saudi Arabia labor and immigration formalities.
