Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager in Englewood, Co. or Everett, Wa. to lead our Implementation teams. This experienced leader will maintain responsibility and accountability for implementation of all Digital Solutions, and will be accountable for providing exceptional customer value by ensuring customers’ needs are met, and value is derived from our solutions and services. This leader will develop and execute innovative ways to accelerate time to value,  integrate policies and procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.  Responsible for leading and developing resources for implementation engagements, providing management of third-party integrations, customer migrations, and leading process improvements. This role is essential for maintaining internal relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. This leader will also manage staff to include recruiting, training, performance and compensation management, motivating, delegating and monitoring results. Significant experience with SaaS solutions, modern technology, leading global teams, and Commercial Aviation set is required.

To be successful in this role, you must be a great leader and communicator, able to nurture crucial relationships with your teams and other customer success stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all contractual Digital Services Implementation projects for our portfolios, including the responsibility to ensure that budgets are on track, deliverables met, and customer success is achieved.
  • Servant leader to manage the team, and be a true leader.  Forecasts resource needs and make hiring decisions. Coach, counsel, mentor and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand digital and domain capabilities. Provide on-going developmental feedback. Makes compensation recommendations in regards to hiring salaries and salary review actions.  Recognizes contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce. Enforces company rules and policies regarding ethical behavior, safety, security, use of company property, time charging.
  • Delivers Professional Services components in the sales opportunity lifecycle.
  • Ensures compliance of and contribution to global standards and processes within Digital Services.
  • Works closely with counterparts in the Boeing organization to ensure exceptional customer outcomes, and utilization of services resources across the globe.
  • Establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external partners such as Product Development, Portfolio Management, Finance, Supplier Management, Marketing, Sales and external service providers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Previous management experience within a customer facing technology services organization.
  • Previous experience leading global teams.
  • Previous experience with commercial aviation operations.
  • Expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Services oriented mindset.  
  • Defines/Refines of new job practices, techniques, and standards that benefit across the organization.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
  • People focused and able to work with a diverse group of individuals with different strengths and skills.
  • Self-confident but with an ego that is "in check." Is driven more by ensuring the success of her or his venture and team than by her or his personal profile.
  • A high-integrity individual with impeccable ethics. Strives to do the right thing and to deliver quality results per your commitments.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: 186,150 – 251,850
