The Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a highly talented and motivated 777-8F Systems Integration Manager (Level K) to join our Systems Integration team in Everett, Washington.

Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead integration activities essential for advancing Systems design maturity, Proven Functional Operability Development (PFOD), and the criteria for Functional Integration and Development Assurance. You will guide the Systems Functional teams in implementing robust Systems Engineering processes and plans.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external Program organizations, including Core Systems Functional teams, Boeing Test & Evaluation, Engineering Integrated Product Teams, Build Integration, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, exhibits a strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, fosters collaborative relationships, and has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of Program PFOD plan

  • Integrate Systems Lab test planning and optimization activities

  • Integrate amongst Systems functional teams to resolve technical risks and issues 

  • Integrate and manage Systems Engineering work with Systems maturity plans

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, peers, partners, and team members

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Provides oversight, guidance, and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

  • Prioritizing the development and career growth of your employees and team

  • Inspiring and empowering your team through collaboration, communication, and caring

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, ALIT, BT&E, Development Program roles

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization

  • Experience with leading technical cross functional teams, working across organizational boundaries, and ensuring an inclusive environment

  • Familiarity with the 777X family of aircraft

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range:

$147,050 - $198,950
