Join the HR team as the 767 and 777 Everett Programs and Site Strategy and Integration Senior Human Resources Partner and play a visible, high-impact role influencing strategy, integration, and talent programs for the Everett site and the 767 and 777 programs. This role will be located in Everett, WA.

In this position, you will work closely with the 767 and 777 Programs & Everett Site HR Director, senior site and program leaders, and enterprise HR partners to drive strategic people solutions that enable rate readiness, safety, quality, and business results. Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as visible HR presence for the Everett Site and 767 and 777 programs, enabling real-time engagement and solutions across the site.
  • Lead development and deployment of integrated talent and organizational initiatives that align with program strategies and enterprise HR Centers of Excellence (CoE).
  • Advise the HR Director and senior site/program executives on developmental moves, integration, organizational design, and complex talent decisions.
  • Lead talent management processes, People Council operations, standard HR scorecards, and quarterly leadership reviews tied to site and program objectives.
  • Integrate HR solutions with broader program strategies and tactics, applying lean principles to reduce complexity while focusing on safety and quality.
  • Coach leaders at all levels — including executive leaders — on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor HR generalists within the Everett Site HR team and engage CoEs to ensure quality and timely delivery of HR products and services.
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters with strong judgment and decisive decision making.
  • Project-manage HR elements of integration and operational improvement initiatives across large stakeholder groups.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience implementing programs, policies and processes
  • 5+ years of experience applying business acumen to link strategies with business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience leading strategy creation or execution and managing projects
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant or Business Operations professional

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR or equivalent)
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in a large organization

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500
