The Experienced Maintenance Analyst – Facilities is responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence. This role involves compliance monitoring, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with complex facility data systems. Keep and secure documentation for regulatory compliance and site operations.

  • Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment on organizational needs to ensure data analysis needs for asset maintenance.

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to schedule and execute maintenance and service activities efficiently.

  • Research and validate availability of labor, tools, parts, equipment, and other resources to meet routine and complex service requests, asset acquisitions, modifications, and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead efforts to review, improve, and document facilities operations processes and procedures; collaborate with departments such as EHS, Security, Legal, IT, and others to validate and enhance workflows.

  • Utilize project management methodologies to define project scope, develop budgets, create schedules, and lead project teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple systems to identify deficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement in buildings, equipment, systems, and processes.

  • Develop and implement recommendations to enhance facility performance and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct research and feasibility studies using diverse data sources to support programs, projects, and customer requests; prepare and present detailed reports with options and recommendations.

  • Manage internal requests related to facilities, coordinating resources and processes to meet unique needs.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility hardware, software, systems, and processes; maintain configuration control over data, equipment, and documentation, using our CMMS system known as Corrigo and AZARA data systems.

  • Develop and deliver process training; collaborate with internal training teams and other GREF Teams to support workforce development.

  • Investigate and resolve operational issues by preparing alternatives, impact analyses, and recommendations aligned with business and infrastructure goals.

  • Contribute to budget development and financial planning related to facilities maintenance and projects.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvements

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Relevant certifications or technical training in facilities management or related fields preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience with Data mining tools like SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

  • Facilities Maintenance experience

  • Experience using work management software like (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) CMMS or CRM.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $86,700 – $117,300
