Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is currently looking for a Facilities Manager– Asset Management to join our Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to improve the central functions and effectiveness of our asset management program.

The Facilities Manager – Asset Management will lead and implement the asset management program for site facilities and critical infrastructure. This role is part of a team that combines reliability engineering, asset management, preventive/predictive maintenance, capital planning, and continuous improvement to maximize asset availability, safety, and cost-efficiency across buildings, utilities, and production support systems.

This on-site opportunity will require up to 25% domestic travel and is available at any of the following Boeing sites: Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with subject matter experts to define required levels of service (e.g., condition, capacity, compliance, configuration, etc.) for infrastructure systems and implement an assessment program that evaluates assets and system against defined levels

  • Manage risk associated with system functionality born on data-driven asset performance metrics

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manage, develop and motivate employees

  • Support and lead asset management strategy for facilities equipment and infrastructure (HVAC, chiller plants, compressed air, boilers, electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation, material handling, etc.)

  • Support asset management and reliability data integrity, KPI reporting and continuous improvement of processes and present results to executive leadership

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in asset management

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team

  • 3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans 

  • Experience with oversight of budgets and financial data

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • Experience using Corrigo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems (CMMS)

  • Experience with managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with ISO 55000 asset management standards.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $119,000 - $172,500
