The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Industrial Security Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Everett, WA.   

Join our team as an Industrial Security Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting new activities within the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers team. In this exciting position, you will be part of a large security team dedicated to ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations as we embark on innovative projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

  • Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action

  • Assists Facility Security Officer (FSO) with basic duties

  • Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures

  • Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses

  • Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education programs to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Industrial Security

  • 1+ years of experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems

  • Willing to work 2nd shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience working in an aviation security environment

  • Experience with time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Experience working efficiently in an interrupt-driven environment, yet staying on track with tasks, projects, and deadlines

  • Experience with sound decision-making skill within your role and authority

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate: $77,350 – $104,650

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $94,350 – $127,650
