The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Information Technology Manager to join the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) team in Everett, WA; Bellevue, WA; Renton, WA; Kent, WA; or Seattle, WA.

The Information Technology (IT) Manager will be managing Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and Enterprise Supply Chain Systems for inventory and warehouse management. You will also be a self-starter who can lead a broad set of teammates within Information Technology (IT) and partner with business stakeholders to deliver initiatives and maintain a stable systems landscape environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Owns end to end development and maintenance of product initiatives ensuring they meet stakeholder needs

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

  • Leads, develops and motivates a strong team of direct reports

  • Leads Boeing cultural improvement toward current Boeing values and behaviors

  • Manages scope, timelines, quality, cost, risks and deliverables for BCA/Enterprise Inventory Warehouse Systems

  • Provides product stakeholder communications & progress to plan for the EBS Leadership Team (LT), teammates, and business stakeholders

  • Participates, influences, and drives quality in business process and system improvement initiatives

  • Maintains product backlog and key priorities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product strategy and roadmap is in alignment with the product family and division

  • Monitors system issues and drives action on technical debt remediation and system compliance actions

  • Acquires resources, provides management of suppliers and supplier resources on the team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (formal or informal) leading teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives, managing scope, budget and deliverables

  • 3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, manufacturing or supply chain environment

  • 3+ years of experience working with information systems either directly or from the business team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience communicating with varying levels of stakeholders and working team from senior to executive leadership

  • Experience with Information systems, product cost, and budget management

  • Experience using Microsoft suite

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $131,750 - $178,250
