Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Lead Procurement Analyst (Level 5) to join our

Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals

(onboard) while also designing and delivering training programs to support their professional development.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and aligned

with the overall goals of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects, or procurement activities

  • Leads cross-functional process management activities

  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and

  • activities

  • Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and

  • deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs

  • Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs,

  • projects, and procurement transactions

  • Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers

  • Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement

  • analysis

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals providing guidance, support, and

  • mentoring

  • Design and deliver training programs to support the professional development of supply

  • chain staff

  • Communications with supply chain leaders and business partners

  • Negotiate statement of work transitions to support organizational decisions

  • Portfolio management

  • Large scale integrations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one

of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by

22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or

asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis.

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a trainer or training facilitator in the supply chain industry.

  • 10+ years of experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • 10+ years of experience with consistent in attention to detail and organizational skill set.

  • 10+ years of experience with being proactive in understanding and anticipating stakeholder requirements.

Conflict of Interest:

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree

(e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate

area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $148,700 - $200,960
