Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst (level 4) to join our Business Analyst Team in Everett, Washington!

The Manufacturing Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves data analysis, process mapping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the director and leadership team by providing strategic counsel, operational insight, and decision support

  • Anticipate business needs and develop executive-ready materials (briefings, presentations, talking points, and communications) for leadership meetings, reviews, and engagements

  • Drive leadership team alignment by managing meeting agendas, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring timely follow-through on commitments

  • Partner with the director to prioritize initiatives, balance competing demands, and maximize organizational impact

Operational Excellence, Business Integration & Staffing Management 

  • Design, implement, and sustain operating rhythms across the manufacturing organization, including leadership cadences and planning forums

  • Identify operational friction points and develop scalable solutions that improve workflow, communication, and execution

  • Lead continuous improvement of business processes, tools, and governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness

  • Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to manufacturing stability and operational execution

  • Manage and maintain organizational staffing updates by coordinating with functional leaders, validating data accuracy, and providing routine staffing status/report-outs to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making

  • Prepare Operations BPR review deck and organize report out schedules

Communication & Stakeholder Management 

  • Develop clear, concise, executive-ready communications, reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to inform decisions and enable transparency

  • Serve as a liaison between the director and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, timely information flow, and consistent messaging

  • Build and sustain strong working relationships across FAMBU, 777, and partner organizations to support operational objectives

  • Request updates and/or update Oobeya room for program level review

  • High-Level Computer Skills

  • High-Level Communications Skills

Special Projects & Change Leadership 

  • Lead and/or support high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives on behalf of FAMBU, from definition through execution and sustainment

  • Champion change management efforts that strengthen a culture of responsiveness, lean execution, and customer focus within the supply chain organization

  • Track progress against strategic goals and provide regular, data-driven updates to leadership, including risks, decisions needed, and recommended next steps

  • Lead junior Business Analyst team with up to 5 members

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 5+ years of office management, logistics, supply chain, or operations experience, including at least 2 years leading a shift or administration team

  • Demonstrated ability to drive and improve operational KPIs

  • Strong problem-solving capability with clear, professional communication and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Availability and willingness to work occasional off-shift meetings and incident response support

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated environments

  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects with measurable, sustained results

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $126,000 - $154,000
