Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes Supply Chain Engineering (SCE) team is hiring Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Technical Integration Engineers for the Supplier Engineering Oversight group in Everett, WA. In this role you will assess and monitor supplier engineering health, drive supplier performance and compliance, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve technical and process issues, support continuous improvement of supplier engineering practices, and lead or support corrective actions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external organizations to ensure Boeing requirements have been flowed down and incorporated at our suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure that our suppliers and partners are compliant with their internal processes. Collaborates with teams in the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex products.
  • Defines, plans, coordinates and conducts product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools.
  • Defines and allocates Configuration and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinates the integration of product elements and analyzes & resolves issues with engineering product structure.
  • Develops, integrates and implements engineering technical program plans including impacts, risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineering functions.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • Experience working in an engineering discipline

  • Experience working in a production and/ or manufacturing environment

  • Ability to travel Domestically and internationally 10-20%

  • 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-level)

  • 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior)

  • Experience in data management and/or configuration management

  • Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

  • Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $80,750 - $109,250

  • Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650

  • Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $135,150 – $182,850
