Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the 777 Leadership Development team based out of Everett, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse group of leadership coaches. We are looking for highly motivated team members passionate about taking the 777 Program to a higher level. In this role, you will partner with leaders to be Facilitators of Transformation and have a deep interest in growing others. Team members will have a natural, confident presence and communicate clearly, in order to be able to convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences. Understands BPS and Lean methodologies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates Leadership workshops.

  • Lead, develop and implement a strategy for Leadership Development for 777 Leadership

  • Partner with 777 Program leaders and their teams

  • Interact and provide feedback to Program Leadership.

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with planning and facilitating workshops.

  • Written communication and oral skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

  • 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience working with cross-functional teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $91,800 - $124,200
