Job Description

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to support the 777 Workforce Integration (WIT) team located in Everett, Washington. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance sweeps and generate reports to the Program, MVT administration.

  • Assist shops with projects and strategies to enable a compliant and FOD free product.

  • Assist shops in preparing for Internal and FAA audit and assist in resolution of any findings generated.

  • Develop strong working relationships with shop personnel from mechanics to senior leadership.

  • Work with 5S and Tool Champions.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership

  • Strong data analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher 

  • Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency 

Shift:

This role is 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

COI:

Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Summary pay range: $102,600 - $125,400
