The Fulfillment 737 North Line team has two First Line Leader opportunities for

2nd shift: Mon-Fri – 1:30 pm till 10 pm and 3rd shift: Mon-Fri – 10:30 pm till 5 am. There will be limited but required training in Renton. There will also be driving between the Everett Factory and Harbour Pointe Warehouse during the shift. We are seeking a motivated, people leaders who want to be part of this exciting time in our company's history.

Primary location Harbour Pointe (Mukilteo). Primary responsibilities include oversight of the warehouse building, set-up, inventory management and process flow.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and team members to ensure the accurate and on-time delivery of critical parts and components.

  • Strong understanding of logistics, quality control, and compliance

  • Manage and integrate employees’ activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation.

  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.

  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

  • Manage, develop  and motivate employees.

  • Team leadership and development

  • Operational oversight

  • Performance management

  • Safety and continuous improvements

  • Inventory management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment

  • 3-5 years experience leading and managing teams in a dynamic environment

  • 3-5 years of continuous experience with inventory software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $114,000-$140,000
