The Chief Aerospace Safety Office (CASO) is seeking a Mid-Level Business Operations Specialist to support the Safety Experience and Promotion Team based out of Everett or Seattle, Washington. This role will focus on enhancing our safety culture through innovative training, promotion and content development.

Position Responsibilities:                                                     

  • Serve as a key contributor within the Safety Management Systems (SMS) Promotion team, supporting the coordination and execution of safety initiatives that foster a Positive Safety Culture across the Enterprise.
  • Manage and coordinate safety-related projects and initiatives, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital platforms, dashboards, and communication channels to support the Safety Experience and Promotion team.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute training materials, promotional content, and digital assets to support ongoing safety education and awareness efforts.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance safety programs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support project planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and feedback collection to ensure alignment and effective information flow among stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and initiatives assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Safety Experience and Promotion team.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects.
  • 3+ years supporting cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of experience leading initiatives.
  • 2+ years of working with senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting internal promotion and communications projects.
  • Experience supporting training design and development (Articulate Storyline 360).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft 360 (include List and Power BI).
  • Experience with digital content creation to support storytelling objectives (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience reporting and data analysis (Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Experience using digital content management systems (AEM, Wordpress, Hivebrite).
  • Experience using project management software (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Workfront).
  • Experience using content management software (Opal, Orange Logic).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level $93,500 - $126,500
