Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our IFEC & CCS team in Everett, WA.

This team provides a great opportunity to build skills in development program execution with cutting-edge in-flight entertainment & connectivity products that are key to our customer's product differentiation; these can be either BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) or SFE (Seller Furnished Equipment) products. As an Operations Procurement Agent you will be part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) and have interfacing relationships with Program Managers and Engineers. You will regularly interact with program/operations leadership and airline customers. This position may require domestic and/or international travel.

Our team is currently hiring a Level 3 (Mid-Level) Procurement Agent.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, leading negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
  • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
  • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
  • Performs some level of system transactions, data entry, prepares and presents technical information as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships, and proficiency in written/verbal communication 
  • 3+ years of experience strategic thinking and leadership skills 
  • 3+ years of experience establishing, improving and reinforcing functional discipline for first time quality performance, on-time delivery, and productivity improvements  
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
  • 3+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
  • 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contractual terms and conditions

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 84,600 - $ 98.250
