Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent-Operations to join our International Forgings team in Everett, Washington.

The International Forgings Operations team is seeking an experienced Operations PA to join our team. Primary duties include mentoring and supporting less experienced employees, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supplier quality, supplier on-time performance, and supplier rate readiness. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will ensure execution to contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Our team is currently hiring for Mid-Level (Level 3) and/or Senior (Level 4) Procurement Agent-Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
  • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
  • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
  • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities
  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. 

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, negotiations, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Domestic and international travel 10% as needed
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • 3+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, modeling, and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Level 4: 10+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, negotiations, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing supply chain strategies

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 94,350 - $127,650

Summary pay range (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
