Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our In-Service Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington!

The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items, oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organizational initiatives and projects/procurement activities
  • Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems
  • Utilizes procurement systems to facilitate planning, and oversee validation and maintenance of all requirements for procurement analysis
  • Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics
  • Measures key performance indicators.  Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.  Prepares reports
  • Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
  • Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
  • Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements
  • Communicates project objectives and activities
  • Ensures that In-Service supply chain is positioned to support aftermarket demands
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Supports strategy definition and execution for our organization
  • Uses respectful, collaborative communication skills and experience working across multi-disciplined teams
  • Consistently adapts to changing tasks and requirements, preserving operational effectiveness and resilience
  • This position requires the proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment, to develop strong relationships across teams, and ensures overall success of business objectives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):   

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • Demonstrated experience with developing executive briefings
  • Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement 
  • Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work 
  • Having managed projects utilizing standard project management tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in resolving high-level problems
  • Supply chain experience in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $74,800 - $101,200

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650

Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
